The days before the race, everyone can participate in different workshops like:

* Crevasse rescue organised by PETZL
* Freeriding in the La Grave ski area
* Informations RECCO system
* ARVA searching & avalanche rescue
* "Via corda" on the glacier de la Girose
* Test center BLACK DIAMOND at 3200m with guides
* Speed Skiing on the Girose glacier with Xavier COUSSEAU, world's fastest monoskier !
* Speed riding on the Girose glacier with Arnaud BAUMY from Les Arcs Speed Riding School.
Events in the Village:

ON FRIDAY APRIL 4th ....THE RACE
One thousand riders maximum, dressed up in costume or ready to win, representing more than 20 countries, and on any kind of sliding object, will meet at the top of the Dôme de la Lauze at 3 550 m of altitude, to get the straightest downhill line possible… and meet again in the village for a delicious meal and a cold beer!
